This module is used to support multiple network instances
within a single physical or virtual device. Network
instances are commonly known as VRFs (VPN Routing and
Forwarding) and VSIs (Virtual Switching Instances).

'SHALL NOT', 'SHOULD', 'SHOULD NOT', 'RECOMMENDED',
'NOT RECOMMENDED', 'MAY', and 'OPTIONAL' in this document
